How to Connect to Entry Point

Homelessness Prevention

If you have housing, but might lose it, the Entry Point Call Center will provide a pre-screen to determine if you might be eligible for a referral to an agency who provides homelessness prevention assistance.

Homeless Crisis

If you are experiencing homelessness, or will be in 48 hours

Call the Entry Point Call Center for a referral to a shelter diversion provider 877-426-6515opens in a new window 8:30am-4:30pm M-F

OR contact an In Person Access Point in your region of suburban Cook County below. Due to limited availability, access to shelter is not guaranteed.
